Delivery Information
The majority of UK orders are delivered FREE through the Royal Mail Second Class Delivery service which can take upto three or four working days. At times we use different carriers depending on the weight of the products. First Class, Signed For Delivery and Next Day Express Delivery options are all available while checking out.
International Deliveries
Most international orders are dispatched using Royal Mail. Please select your delivery country at the checkout to get the price quotation.
We deliver prescription items free of charge. We currently cover most areas of south Manchester.Please contact us for more information on prescription delivery services.

Returns Policy
Before returning items to us, please contact us quoting your order number and reason for return. If any goods received by you are in a faulty or damaged condition, your refund will include outward and return postage and packaging costs.
The Direct Selling Regulations (DSR) 2000 cover purchases made where there is no direct contact between vendor and consumer. It does not apply to items bought for business, fairs, exhibitions or showroom use.
Under these regulations you can cancel your order from the moment your order is received until seven working days after the goods are received. You do not need to give a reason for cancellation or return - just e-mail quoting your order number and your wish to cancel/return in accordance with the DSR 2000. There is no charge for this provided your order has not been despatched.
Once the goods have been sent you will need to arrange and pay for the return delivery. We suggest insuring the goods against loss or damage. The goods must be un-used and be received in a re-saleable condition including all accessories, packaging etc.
A refund of all monies including the initial postage and packing charges will be made upon receipt of the returned goods and within 30 days of cancellation. However, if the goods are not returned at your cost, we will arrange for a courier to collect them. The cost of this collection will be deducted from your refund.
